Website Design Services
Deposit and Payment
- All website design projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion before the website goes live
- For 72-Hour Handcrafted WordPress Website services, full payment is required upfront
Cancellation and Refund Terms
- If you cancel a website project after work has begun but before completion:
- The initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers consultation, planning, and work already completed
- If additional payments have been made, a prorated refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed
Revision Policy
- Our website packages include a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement
- Requests for changes after project completion or beyond the included revision rounds will incur additional charges
Digital Printing Services
Cancellation Before Production
- Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a full refund
- Custom setup work completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable
Print Quality Issues
- If you receive printed materials that do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of receipt
- Please provide photos of the quality issues for our review
- Approved quality-related claims will result in a reprint at no additional cost or a full refund
Graphic Design Services
Design Work and Files
- All design fees are non-refundable once design work has begun
- Initial concept designs require full payment upfront
- For larger projects, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work
Revision Policy
- Our design packages include a specific number of revision rounds as stated in your service agreement
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will incur additional charges
- Once final designs are approved and delivered, any requested changes will be billed at our standard hourly rate
Direct Mail Services
Postcards and Catalogs
- Orders canceled before printing and mailing begins may be eligible for partial refund
- Design, setup, and list processing fees are non-refundable once work has begun
- For mailings canceled during production, refunds will be prorated based on work completed
- No refunds are available after mailing has been sent to the postal service
Mail Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery by postal services
- Proof of mailing can be provided upon request
- Address correction or mail returned due to incorrect customer-provided addresses are not eligible for refunds
Commercial Print and Brokered Services
Cancellation Policy
- Orders canceled after submission to our print partners but before production may incur partial charges
- Orders canceled during or after production are not eligible for refund
Quality Guarantee
- All commercial printing is guaranteed to meet industry standards
- Claims for defective or incorrect orders must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
